PARKVIEW SURGERY PATIENT PARTICIPATION GROUP (PSPPG)

Parkview Surgery Patient Participation group has been running successfully for the past 6 years.  The group currently consists of  8 active members and meetings are held on a quarterly basis.

The members of the group represent you as patients of the practice and discuss real issues affecting patients of the practice.  Involvement in the group gives patients an opportunity to suggest positive changes and voice concerns.  It also enables patients to gain a better understanding of how a practice is run and the challanges practice staff face on a daily basis.

The practice welcomes a wider contribution from patients in the practice.  We believe that having a group of patients who are interested in the workings of the practice and who are dedicated to the improvment of the services it provides will promote a possitive outcome for all patients and staff in Parkview Surgery.

If you are a patient of Parkview Surgery and feel you could contribute positively to the group, please contact Pauline McGeown (PSPPG Secretary) 028 87722019.  Pauline will be happy to help with any queries you may have regarding the group or take any suggestions/issues you may wish to contribute to the next meeting.

Minutes of previous meetings are available on request.

(This group is no longer in operation. We will inform you when we are up & running again.)
