ZERO TOLERANCE. 
 
FAO:  ALL PATIENTS
 
This surgery follows a strict policy of Zero Tolerance.  We WILL NOT tolerate abuse in any form be it physical or verbal.

PHYSICAL:

Involving contact of any kind with staff members, staff property or equipment

VERBAL:

Using foul language or speaking to a staff member in an aggressive tone or raised voice.

Patients will be asked to leave the practice premises.  If a patient refuses to or fails to leave when instructed to do so by staff, the Police will be contacted immediately.
 
Patients who display unacceptable behaviour will be immediately removed from the practice list.
