Our staff are obliged by law to safeguard the confidentiality of personal information. If at any time personal information is required, written consent from the patient must be obtained.

Complaints
Patients wishing to make a complaint should apply in writing to the Practice Manager Mrs Michelle McCaul. Further information is available on the Practice Complaints Procedure from reception or in the waiting area.
Patient Rights And Responsibilities
Details of patient’s rights and responsibilities are provided in our ‘Patients Charter’. Please ask at reception for a leaflet. This information is also available on our Patient Bulletin Board in the waiting area.
