Community Midwives

Margaret Sloan & Ita McCaughey
The midwife attends the practice antenatal clinic every Wednesday between 9.00am and 11.30am. She can also be contacted at STH (8772 2821). The midwife can also see patients at home.

Community Nurses

Tish Brannigan & Grace Sloan
The district nursing team is in daily contact with the practice, and nurses are available for care and advice to housebound patients and their carers. They help co-ordinate care and can contact other agencies involved in patient care.
Community Psychiatric Nurses help with elderly, confused relatives and other mental health problems at home. They can be contacted via South Tyrone Hospital on 028 87 722821

Macmillan Nurses

The McMillan Nurses visit and care for cancer patients in their homes. They provide much needed advice and support and can be contacted on 028 87 713684

Attached Staff

Social Services help with all kinds of social problems. The team includes the home organiser, social worker and occupational therapist. They can be contacted on 028 87723101 between 9am – 5pm. For urgent calls after hours please telephone 028 87 722821
